Here is what The North County Times said.

A person was rescued after becoming stuck on a cliffside over the beach, authorities said Sunday.

Emergency crews were summoned to the 200 block of Neptune Avenue about 4 p.m., a NorthComm dispatcher said. The street goes through a neighborhood with back yards that run up against the edge of a steep cliff.

A single person was rescued from the cliffside. Emergency crews cleared out about 4:50 p.m. and did not take the person to a hospital after the rescue, the dispatcher said.
