Nothing like a Hurst Competition Plus Shifter in a 55 chevy! I had the same setup in mine in 74. Had a M-21 with a 220 1st gear and used to eat clutches up cause my rear ratio was 3:36. Didn’t know better back then.
there surprisingly cheap well for an old car go find a frame and start restoring it im restoring my dads drag 55
