Now, back to a very bold statement – “the most delicious soup in the world – eva” – one of the many specialities of the house (by the way, it’s me that named it “the most delicious . . . . ” they’re far too modest for that, but oh my, that soup is good). Chicken soup, plain and simple – clear broth with chunks of delicious moist chicken, avocado and crispy tortillas on the side – you won’t find better!
