The North County Times reports that Moonlight Beach will receive a long-awaited overhaul of the restroom area at Moonlight Beach.
The estimated $4.8 million beach project involves the complete removal of the aging restroom and concession buildings. Those structures going to be replaced by one combined restroom/concession building.
Also planned is a new garage/storage building for lifeguard equipment, to be located at the western end of C Street.
